Thanks P.

It is quite easy to produce booklets using Publisher thankfully as we're quite limited with what we can use at work.

Hi Nas,

Good luck with the anthology - everybody is anthologizing!

Sure "professional" can mean "paid-for" an amateur not so. However, many paid-for things are not professional and vice-versa. I am sure you will make a good collection - though how you do it using MS Publisher (yuk!) beats me.

Well done with your bi-mooning.

Thanks very much everyone.

Ren - I'm glad you think it's a card shot as it's going to be the front cover of an anthology of student's stories and poems for the runners up of a writing competition I'm running.

Diane - I love the colours too and it was a path in the forest.

Sauce - Sorry it spooks you.  I hadn't really thought about the light direction.  The themes of the competition were - a light in the distance, reflection and the street, which is what this is a sort of interpretation of.   Could be murder.  Some of the stories involved both death and murder.

Prosaic - I seldom think light angles either.  Despite having two sisters with Physics degrees, I gave the subject up at age 14.  Hey perhaps two moons or else the person walking along has an excellent torch

Oops, Sorry I missed this, Nas...

Well done with this rural idyll! Considering Sauce's comment with your title gives a fascinating perspective.

I seldom think perspective or light angles (OK I should but I never understood light in Physics lessons).

So, for me, this was all lit by that Moon. But now I am told it cannot be the solution is simple - either the arc lights of a murder scene as Sauce says or simply we are on a planet with at last two moons. I'll opt for the latter, since you already have one vote for the former. Besides, I mustn't be too prosaic!

Still, hat murder explanation has lots of fascinating explanations.

this one really spooks me, nas. i think it's because the "moon" is in the background yet the scene appears to be lit from in front because the trees are so white - makes them look beautifully like silver birch or similar. so feels like there must be a spotlight behind the viewer - maybe it's a murder scene or something; they're going to dredge the flooded pathway ...

Nas,

This would make a great note card cover. Well done. I like the colors and the way there appears to be a path in the center going towards the moon.

So cool. . .that's a card shot. . .I'd love to write on the inside of this front!  The moon, the treets knotted above it in such great colors.

Love it.
