(This was actually what I had in mind when making the image, by the way - my idea was that the blinds are to show us we are looking in at something, of which we are not part; the mirror was to show reflections / echoes of the past and the swirls capture all bar those two in their vortex. Then, of course the original picture gives us the stares of those two - which is what stimulated me to work with the picture in the first place. I wonder who took it?)
