Hi Diane,

Thanks for commentating.

>D> I like the photo. To me it feels industrial, like a piece of highly polished decorative sheet metal of some sort that has been rolled up with a protective layer of a colorful tissue paper inside to protect it from being scratched.

Yes I see the outer area as sheet metal, too.

>D> Strange how we all see something different. What attracts me is the finish of the highly polished metal - it makes me want to feel the texture as I imagine it being cool, smooth and slick, like a brand new or freshly waxed car.

Fab, thanks. Mind you, being one never to polish a car, I am unfamiliar with that but I can imagine.

I like the way in which the various textures have had an impact.

Appreciated,

p.

Hi Prosaic,

I like the photo. To me it feels industrial, like a piece of highly polished decorative sheet metal of some sort that has been rolled up with a protective layer of a colorful tissue paper inside to protect it from being scratched. Strange how we all see something different. What attracts me is the finish of the highly polished metal - it makes me want to feel the texture as I imagine it being cool, smooth and slick, like a brand new or freshly waxed car.

Hi Ren

Thanks for commnating...

>R> Interesting.  As I was reading Nas' comments about jarring the mind I thought of how it actually reminded me of a fragmented brain. . .amidst the chaos of a storm, silver lightning. . .

Another fab interpretation. thank you.

>R> even the bottom portion seemed like disjointed brain stem. . .

How brilliantly yukkie! Love that.

>R> hmmm. . .maybe that's where my brain is. . .for me to see that.  rotflolol

Smiley I really like those ideas as well.

Thank you very much.

Hi Nas,

Thanks for viewing and commentating.

>N> I'm undecided on this one at the moment.  Up to a point I like it but part of me doesn't

OK...

>N> I love the colour and the lines, refraction and depth of the silver/grey almost 3D mirror feel.

OK...

>N> The central image bothers me - jars my mind.  The shape and angles disturb my natural need for symmetry (I think).

Ah I am very unbalanced. Symmetry crushes me betwixt two equal forces; need to break-out.

>N> I can best describe it as a feeling of someone stirring up agitation in an otherwise calm environment or maybe that's just the mood I'm in (one person work creating tension).

Sorry about your work hassles Sad I do hope things smooth soon. Good luck in the meantime.

But I love the interpretation which you have hung upon this - and your non-bland reaction. I am delighted this has had such an impact - just wish it were without your real-World hassles.

Thank you very much and good luck, again.

p.

Hi P

I'm undecided on this one at the moment.  Up to a point I like it but part of me doesn't

I love the colour and the lines, refraction and depth of the silver/grey almost 3D mirror feel.

The central image bothers me - jars my mind.  The shape and angles disturb my natural need for symmetry (I think).

I can best delscribe it as a feeling of someone stirring up agitataion  in an otherwise calm environment or maybe that's just the mood I'm in (one person work creating tension).
